What Is The Differences Between Hardware and Software Computer Repair

Published by Unknown on Thursday, 6 March 2014  |

Have you always asked your self this question, the question about , The Differences Between Hardware and Software Computer Repairs, Probably by this time anyone with a computer knows that the subject of computer repairs can be vast and involved. it does not only involve computer repair , it encompass the physical aspects of the computer and the software aspects as well and both are needed in conjunction in order for that computer to run efficiently and properly.

When it comes to the hardware factor, it incomposes components such as the processor, the motherboard, the video and graphics card, the audio card, the network card and various other hardware,  these can easily become damaged and will  need replacement or repair.

When it comes to the software aspect, the computer repair includes the operating system plus various other programs and applications that are used by the computer to makes it function. All of these pieces and parts both inside and outside must work in synchronous / harmony for the computer to function effectively.

A specific computer repair performed may depends on which of the programs or pieces of hardware need fixing or to be replaced. Like, a computer that has a virus will require intensive solutions to remove that virus. This is involves a software computer repair that requires the downloading and installing of another piece of software to clean the operating system of the threat/ virus. In most cases , this type of computer repair requires the change to  be made to the registry which is a software computer repair that mingles with the hardware of that computer.

When we consider the other hand, a computer that is overheating quickly may need the fan or its processor to be repaired. This is a very strict hardware computer repair because they do power the computer and the operating system. The computer will end up slowing  if not crashing  if these are not replaced. In addition, a computer video card or audio/ sound card that needs replacing does directly interact with some of the computer software and if these are not replaced less than optimal results will ensue when using programs that require the use of some of the parts.

While all of the hardware components are necessary to run the software effectively, Its not that all of the software is entirely dependent on all of the hardware in terms of computer repair.
